Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative:
- Greet customers and provide product information in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs
- Answer phones and respond to email inquiries
- Ring up purchases and gather client details accurately
- Maintain customer records and input notes into system
- Clean and sanitize returned rental equipment as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client needs are met
- Learn about product offerings and how common diagnoses affect equipment choices (training provided)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications - Customer Service Representative:
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Must be kind, patient, and comfortable working with older adults
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a great attitude and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time well
- Comfortable learning about and explaining medical supply products
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Spanish-speaking is a plus!
- Must pass pre-employment screening
