Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative:

  • Greet customers and provide product information in a friendly, professional manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs
  • Answer phones and respond to email inquiries
  • Ring up purchases and gather client details accurately
  • Maintain customer records and input notes into system
  • Clean and sanitize returned rental equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client needs are met
  • Learn about product offerings and how common diagnoses affect equipment choices (training provided)
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements/Qualifications - Customer Service Representative:

  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service
  • Must be kind, patient, and comfortable working with older adults
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a great attitude and professional demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time well
  • Comfortable learning about and explaining medical supply products
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus!
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
