Location: Onsite in Springfield
Pay: $62,400 - 74880

Contracts Administrator duties include but are not limited to:
• Job Set Up & Maintenance in software systems
• Budget Entry
• Bids Cost Entry
• Prime Contracts Issue and review of incoming contracts
• Insurance Certificates – Internal and Subcontractor
• Subcontractor Compliance – Insurance and Waivers
• Enforce Subcontractor Compliance – Insurance and Waivers
• Main point of contact for subcontractor billing and compliance issues
• Preliminary Lien Filing – using 3rd party vendor
• Subcontractor Agreements
• Change order process – External, In-House, and Subcontractors
• Monthly Subcontractor Payment Applications
• Process Lien Waivers - ours, subs and 3rd tier subs
• W-9 Requests from vendors
• O&Ms for completed Projects
• 1st on the Phones
• Update Project Data Table
• Meet & Greet guests as they walk in the door
• Assist Project Teams with printing Plans as needed
• Office Supply Ordering – Keeping the office stocked with standard supplies and special orders
• Backup notary (Notarty can be obtained after hire date)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel
• Experience with SAGE 300CRE is desired but not required
• Experience with TimberScan is desired but not required
• Experience with GCPay is desired but not required
