Bartender Full & Part Time - Lakefront Upscale Restaurant

The Role:

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for for both Full / Part Time skilled and engaging Bartender to craft unforgettable drink experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is creative, knowledgeable about spirits and pairings, and passionate about delivering premium service in a fast-paced, refined environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft classic, signature, and culturally inspired cocktails with consistency and flair

• Educate guests on wine, spirits, and pairings for Indian, Italian, and fusion dishes

• Manage the full bar—stocking, prep, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards

• Take drink orders directly and via waitstaff; ensure prompt and accurate preparation

• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, seasonal specials, and bar innovations

• Build relationships with guests through exceptional service and professionalism

• Follow all Massachusetts liquor laws and maintain a safe drinking environment

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a bartender in an upscale dining or cocktail bar environment

• Deep knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits

• Creativity in designing new drinks or menu enhancements

• TIPS Certification (Massachusetts) required or must obtain before start

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a team setting

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
