Gameday is currently looking for a is Nurse Practitioner or Phyician Assistant for a unique opportunity to work between 32-40 hours per week at the Avon Location. All training and certification costs will be paid by the company.

Duties:

• Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
• Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like GAINSwave, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Trimix
• Conducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results
• Provide patient education
• Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Working together with a Medical Assistant(s) and General Manager
• Drive and maintain clinic census goals
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

Qualifications:

• Two years of NP or PA experience
• Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred (but not required).
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits and an active state license in good standing
• Preferred DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration (but not required).

This candidate would exhibit exceptional skills and/or a willingness to be trained in the following areas:

• Testosterone Replacement: Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels via injections, topicals, orals, or pellets.
• Weight Management injections
• Peptide or Vitamin therapies
• Erectile Enhancement: GAINSwave, P-Shot, Trimix
• PRP Hair Restoration
• Being team-oriented
• Comprehensive medical consultations
• Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Working together with a Medical Assistant(s), General Manager and/or Receptionist
• Maintaining clinic goals for new patient additions and service times
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
• Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.
• Experience in sales helpful as this a CASH BASED business - no insurance claims (not required, but must be trainable)
