Sales Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of in-home sales management experience (required)
• Relocation to Omaha, NE
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• In-home residential sales experience (required)

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, hire, and train a team of 15 in-home sales professionals
• Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance tracking
• Be available to support and mentor your team as needed—including by phone
• Work Monday–Friday and every other Saturday

Compensation:

$200,000 – $500,000 per year (performance-based)
