Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Business Partner Manager to join our team. This role will serve as a strategic link between the finance function and business units, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and driving performance improvement through budget management, operational analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
General Ledger Management
Implement the Group’s financial management policies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records.
Responsible for full-cycle accounting of the company, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, completely, and on time.
Reconcile company bank ledgers with bank statements, and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
Perform reconciliation between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the company.
Support internal and external audit work by providing required data, original vouchers, and other documentation.
Tax Management
Implement the Group’s financial and tax management policies, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of tax accounting and filing.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax accruals (including corporate income tax, VAT year-end carryforward, and other taxes/fees, excluding daily VAT transaction processing); assist in preparing tax filing materials and completing online tax declarations and payments.
Review tax-related vouchers to verify the authenticity, completeness, and compliance of records.
Prepare required reports and documentation for annual corporate income tax reconciliation, and assist in completing the filing process.
Liaise with external tax agents to ensure compliance in the company’s tax matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possesses relevant industry experience in tea beverages, coffee, supply chain, retail, or chain store operations.
4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or relevant finance roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with local tax regulations and risk control is preferred.
