Lincoln Paden Medical Group is inviting a dedicated physician to join our established, physician-owned medical group serving Northcentral Arkansas and Southern Missouri for over 40 years .

Lincoln Paden Medical Group is located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Mountain Home has excellent public and private schools, perfect for families. Abundant outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, fishing, boating and both national and state parks. We have a first-class hospital and a university.

Mountain Home and the surrounding area enjoy one of the lowest crime rates in Arkansas and the nation. The cost of living is much lower here than in most of the country. This incredible area has activities for all ages and stages of life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Ensure continuity and quality of care with timely interventions

• Prescribe medications per Arkansas guidelines and clinical best practices

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care routines

• Complete documentation and maintain accurate health records (EMR/EHR)

• Perform health assessments and physical examinations

• Promote preventive health practices and counsel patients on healthy living
  
  

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for medical Licensure in Arkansas

• Commitment to evidence based, compassionate patient care
  
  

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• NO after hours or weekend call
