Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications

• Educate patients on medication usage, interactions, and side effects

• Ensure pliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

• Provide excellent customer and patient service

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License

• Prior experience in retail and/or LTC pharmacy strongly preferred

• Flexible availability and ability to adapt to different pharmacy settings
