Icelandic Speaking Multilingual Support Representative - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Icelandic-speaking customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to enhance customer experience.
• Share knowledge about our products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and tackle complex inquiries.
• Stay updated on company products and policies to deliver accurate and informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
