Duties:

\nOur Home Health RN is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order.
\nIn addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline.\n\n \n\nCertifications & License:
