Your Role with the Company:

• Full time - 3/12s is an option
• APP will work at one location - open location: Fitchburg
• FNP / PA will work 2 weekend days a month
• APP will work in an urgent care seeing all ages

Background Profile:

• Board Certified FNP or PA
• 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
• Active MA License
