Window Assembler - Now Hiring

Position Title: Window Assembler / Ensamblador de Ventanas

Wage: $16.50/hour + OT rates of $24.75/hour

Shift: 12 Hour Days

Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Job Description:
Where you'll efficiently read work tickets, assemble window frames, install hardware, cut materials, and apply caulk to prepare high-quality windows for shipment. This physically engaging role requires inspecting for defects, performing final packaging, and ensuring each unit meets production standards.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 0–2 years in a production or manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40?lbs, stand for 8–12 hours, and work in hot environments
- Capability to reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch during shifts
