Responsibilities

  • Assist Croatian-speaking gamers by responding to their inquiries and improving their overall gaming experience.
  • Troubleshoot gaming-related issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Inform players about game features, updates, and community events.
  • Document player feedback and interactions accurately for future reference and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the gaming team to relay player suggestions and insights.
  • Promote a positive gaming atmosphere by encouraging respectful communication among players.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for gaming culture.
  • Experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to problem-solving.
  • An avid gamer with an understanding of popular gaming platforms and trends.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
