Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat to Icelandic-speaking users.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, content availability, and technical issues.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Educate users about the platform features and subscription options to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or service roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving capacities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in streaming services and the entertainment industry is a definite plus.
