The ThinkBIG Apprenticeship is a 5-year Scholarship/Apprenticeship program designed to give candidates both education and hands on experience. During participation in this program, students will be enrolled in technical and academic course work, working toward an AS degree in Diesel Technology from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA. The remaining time is spent with one of our Service Departments at one of our branches in Hawai'i receiving paid on-the-job training (OJT). Once the AS degree is started, there is a five year stay agreement, which builds toward comletion of a combination of all school and OJT requirements needed to earn a journey-level certificate.
