Observes Senior/client , watching for any sign of adverse reaction to medications./span/lilispan style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Assesses seniors/clients assigned to him/her in regard to physical, mental and psychosocial status, reporting condition changes in a timely manner to immediate supervisor and provides follow-up with family and physician as directed. Takes and accurately records vital signs./span/lilispan style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Diligently observes Senior/client skin per Tabitha policies, proactively taking steps to avoid pressure ulcers./span/lilispan style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Completes procedures and documents the appropriate information on the Senior’s/client’s medical record in a timely manner according to Tabitha’s policies and procedures. With particular attention to accuracy and timeliness, follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation./span/lilispan style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Provides direction and monitors Med Aides who are delivering medications to Seniors/clients. Follows through on the comprehensive care plan as developed for each individual Senior/client. /span/lilispan style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Provides supervision and education to Seniors/clients for the self-administration of medications. When applicable, assists in teaching the Senior/client and/or caregiver the necessary skills to allow the Senior/client to return to his/her home./span/lilispan style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Assists in writing and implementing a comprehensive nursing plan of care.
