This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of menu offerings, and adherence to food and beverage regulations. /p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong /p pstrongGuest Service Engagement:/strong /p ul liWelcome Guests and ensure they are comfortable. /li /ul ul liEngage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner. /li /ul ul liTake food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly. /li /ul ul liProvide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate. /li /ul pstrongOperations Compliance:/strong /p ul liAdhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages. /li /ul ul liEnsure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy. /li /ul ul liPerform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment. /li /ul pstrongGeneral Responsibilities:/strong /p ul liWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service. /li /ul ul liPerform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations. /li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong /p ul liMinimum 18 years of age (or as required by state liquor laws). /li /ul ul liStrong communication and customer service skills. /li /ul ul liAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul ul liBasic math skills for cash handling. /li /ul pstrongEducation and Experience:/strong /p pstrongRequired:/strong /p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school). /li /ul pstrongPreferred:/strong /p ul liPrevious serving or hospitality experience. /li /ul pstrongWork Environment/Physical Demands:/strong /p pThis role requires the ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly, as well as full dexterity and agility to maneuver in tight spaces. It involves standing and walking for long periods, bending, squatting, gripping small objects, and pushing or pulling heavy items. The work environment includes high noise levels and may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.
