We are seeking per diem LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liAssume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services./li liProvide medications and treatment to residents./li liMake nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds./li liRespond to emergency calls throughout the community./li liSupervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs./li liComplete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner./li liEnsure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained./li liAssist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care./li /ul pstrongEducation and Experience:/strong/p ul liHigh school Diploma or equivalent required/li liValid LPN License required/li liCPR Certified/li li2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred/li /ul pstrongBenefits (Per Diem):/strong/p ul li401(k) (Company Match If Eligibility is Met)/li liCredit Union/li liVoluntary Discounts/li liEmployee Resident Bonus Referral Programs/li liEmployee Assistance Program/li /ul pstrongPay Range: $30 - $38 / hour/strong/p
