Growth from role to role or level to level is encouraged and is supported by management to ensure employees are consistently engaged with their work./pp/ph2bWhat you#39;ll be doing/b/h2ulliTransport/deliver materials./liliPack parts, supply machines, and discard scrap./liliOrder materials, wrap pallets, and make boxes./liliLoad/unload materials into and out of shipping containers./liliPerform inventory management using batch trace; spanspanspancreate/maintain/verify/span/span/span documentation./liliOperate forklift./liliPerforms all other duties as assigned./li/ulh2bJob Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications):/b/h2ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent required./liliMust have basic computer skills and ability to: read and understand job instructions, write legibly and use a numbering system, work with minimal direction, and communicate clearly/respectfully with all levels of personnel in area/plant./liliMust be able to operate forklift and pallet jack./liliPosition requires occassional overtime on weekends and off shift to cover absentees and vacations on other shifts./liliIndustrial warehouse experience preferred./li/ulh2bPhysical / Safety Requirements/b/h2ulliRequires walking, lifting a minimum of 35 lbs., bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, climbing, and carrying parts./liliSafe operation of a forklift/motorized vehicle./liliMust pass forklift physical./liliUse of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required/li/ulp/ph3spanWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
