We create quality, affordable homes and engage with our residents to foster a strong sense of community and connection./p pJoin us in making a difference in people’s lives every day at a company where you can challenge yourself to develop both personally and professionally./p pWe are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team ata href="https://www.addiemetrocentersenior.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" The Addie/a, a 222 unit apartment community in Aurora, CO./p pstrongPosition Summary:/strong/p pAs a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner while presenting the apartment community in a positive light./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liShowcase the property to prospects and convert them to qualified residents/li liAnswer phones promptly and respond to all prospect inquiries/li liMaintain and follow up on leasing and application paperwork/li liRecord traffic in Yardi/li liPerform marketing and outreach for the property/li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liPrevious leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred/li liSection 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred/li liYardi software experience preferred/li liAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed/li /ul pstrongPay: $18 - $20/hour + additional compensation based on lease-up./strongstrong/strong/p pstrongAbout Us/strong: Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
