The supervisor also takes an active role in identifying, initiating, and executing new business and service opportunities within the Stratton Mountain Club. This is a full-time seasonal position, paid at $22.00/hr./pp/ppbESSENTIAL DUTIES/b/pulliOversees all day-today operations of the SMC concierge desk/liliRefinement, development, implementation, amp; training of customer service standards, guest experience systems, hospitality standards, company values, strategies, tactics, amp; initiatives/liliSupport of all first-floor customer facing operations/liliProficient to lead in IT / POS systems/liliEnsure opening and closing responsibilities are met and followed/liliLiaison between SMC, Guest Services, amp; Slopeside Valet Parking/liliResponsible for concierge desk staff scheduling, staffing levels, amp; recruitment/liliUpkeep of communication boards for team members/liliOrganize the concierge desk so that information, forms, log books, etc. are stored properly and are easily locatable/liliAdditional duties as assigned/li/ulp/ppbEDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS /b/ppuEducation:/u/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent, required/liliAssociates or Bachelor#39;s degree, preferred/li/ulpuExperience:/u/pulli3#43; years of high-level experience in customer service, preferred/liliPrevious front desk experience, preferred/li/ulp/ppbQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS/b/pulliExceptional customer service skills are required/liliExperience as a leader of supervisors and/or managers/liliExceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to listen well/liliCreative problem-solving skills/liliSelf-motivated, resourceful, organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, outgoing and reliable./liliMust have strong computer literacy skills/li/ulp/ppbPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS /b/ppThis position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays./pp/ppspanTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.  /span/pp/ppbspanspanspanspanspanAn Equal Opportunity Employer/span/span/span/span/span/b/pp/p
