pPosition supports Horizon Education Centers and School-Based Programs, including grant management and data analysis for each.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;/p

pCompletes site visits, classroom observations, and reportsnbsp;/p

pAssists with preparing and having meetings with staff to drive programming, quality assurance, and team buildingnbsp;/p

/ul

pAssists with monitoring lesson planning, curriculum, childrenrsquo;s progress, and teaching staffrsquo;s professional developmentnbsp;/p

/ul
ul
li
pConducts technical assistance and coaching on an individualized basis to help staff improve teaching skills in the classroom and in small group sessionsnbsp;/p

pMaintain professionalism and confidentiality with personnel and family informationnbsp;/p

pThis is a generalist position and will require travel within the service area, ability to collect and analyze data, ability to work independently and as a team member, be a self-starter, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.nbsp;nbsp;/p

h4Qualifications/h4brpustrongQualifications/strong/u: /p

pRequires a CDA or an associate’s degree in education or related field, and preferably a bachelor's degree in education, leadership, or administration /p/li

pKnowledge of DCY requirements /p/li
/ul
ul
li
pExperience in childcare, after-school, and early education settings is required /p/li
/ul
ul
li
pExperience with Creative Curriculum, TS Gold Assessments, and other pertinent tools is a plus /p/li
/ul
ul
li
pHas the ability to build positive relationships with coworkers, families, vendors, and the community through prompt and accurate response and service, cheerful and professional attitude, and problem-solving spirit /p/li
/ul
ul
li
pMust have strong interpersonal and customer service skills; and be able to expertly deal with internal and external individuals in a positive manner /p/li

pMust possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written /p/li

pMust be able to multitask and have strong detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills /p/li

pMust be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively as an active part of a team /p/li

pMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other software programs; with an emphasis on Excel /p/li

pMust have strong data entry skills and experience in the collection and analysis of data to make improvements is a plus /p/li

pWillingness to update job knowledge with required training, DCY licensing rules and SUTQ professional development opportunities, and industry trends /p/li

pMust be able to pass background checks and physical/ medical screening as required /p/li
