Hours for this position are typically:/strong/pulli2nd shift/li/ulp*Must be available to work overtime (daily, weekends amp; some holidays) */ppstrongWHAT TOLEDO TOOL amp; DIE CAN OFFER YOU:/strong/pulliStarting pay of $17.00/hour/liliWeekly pay/lili10 paid holidays/liliFull benefits/li/ulpstrongWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION:/strong/pulliPrevious experience in a factory is beneficial but not necessary/liliStrong work ethic/liliPositive attitude/liliConsistent attendance/liliWillingness to learn/liliSafety minded/li/ulpstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITES:/strong/pulliStart machines, monitor their operation to ensure it is processing properly, and record operational data for material tracking and record number of pieces produced with other documentation to run the machine./liliOperate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal material./liliLoad work pieces into machines./liliExamine and inspect completed work pieces for defects, such as chipped edges or marred surfaces and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws./liliRead production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used to be compliant with customer specifications relative to dimensions and tolerances./liliVerify and document dimensions of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, including but not limited to calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators./liliAssist in completing simple to intermediate tasks associated with coil and die changes./liliComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas./liliAuthority to stop production in the event unsafe parts or conditions appear./liliPerforms other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager, which may be outside the scope of responsibilities noted above./li/ulpRequirements/ppnbsp;/pulliMust be at least 18 years of age./liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./liliEligible to work in the United States./liliMust be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen)./liliIdentified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays)./liliExperience operating large industrial equipment is preferred./liliMust be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment./liliReport to work on time to support production startup./liliPossess good physical stamina and coordination./liliMust be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb for extended periods of time./liliMust be able to lift/push/pull objects that are up to 50 pounds./liliWork as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity./li/ulpemstrongToledo Tool amp; Die is an equal opportunity employer./strong/em nbsp;/p
