Eligibility for this position is evaluated on a case by case basis. Team trainers must be in good standing in regards to both attendance and performance./span/p pbr/p pspan style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold"Competencies, Skills, and Experience Needed:/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Proven track record of leadership experience (business, athletics, clubs, ministries, etc.)/spanbr/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"High emotional intelligence and self-awareness/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Effectively coach and ability to give direction with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Willingness and humility to serve others first and “get in the trenches” with fellow Team Members—must have the gene of “hospitality”/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Patience and Effective Communication with leadership and fellow Team Members/span/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold"Requirements:/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Become fully trained in all FOH positions/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Be able to complete the training checklist and menu quiz/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Complete all required Pathway training plans/span/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold"Roles Responsibilities:/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Assist the Leadership team/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Be willing to train new Team Members on any shift assigned/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Communicate with the Leadership team and the Training Director about new Team Members/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Teach the Pathway way, every time/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Assist in training new Team Members to ensure they are educated on proper Chick-fil-A systems and hospitality/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Provide effective feedback to Team Members, both positive and correctional/span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Work directly with Training Director and Training Specialist/span/li /ul pspan style="font-size: 10pt"br/spanspan style="font-size: 10pt"span style="font-weight: bold"Thank you for your interest in becoming a FOH Team Trainer.
