Applicants must be available to work:brbr- Weekdays and weekends in Augustbr- Weekends through October 26p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bWe are currently looking for a:/b/pp style="text-align:inherit"b  /b/pAdventureland Park - Bartender (Phantom Fall Fest)p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bRoles amp; Responsibilities:/b/pp style="text-align:inherit"b  /b/pul/ulpbRoles and Responsibilities:     /b/pulliGreet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the bar/liliProtect establishment and patrons by strictly adhering to company policy as well as all state/local Health Department regulations sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies/liliMaintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards/liliPresent menus to guests and promote specials and/or specialty house drinks/liliCheck guest identification to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirement for consumption of alcoholic beverages/liliEfficiently operate restaurant equipment (e.g. telephone, juice machine, soda fountain, etc.)/liliMaintain a knowledge of the menu items and assist guests by explaining how various menu items are prepared/liliTake guest orders, communicate orders to kitchen, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner/liliPeriodically check on guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met/liliContinuously monitor guests for potential intoxication and determine when alcohol service should cease/liliAdhere to all bar related TIPS safety training protocols/liliUtilize Point of Sale (POS) and registers to accurately run tabs, prepare checks, and successfully record all financial transactions/liliStore and stock refrigerators, ice machines, cups, straws, napkins and other service items as needed/liliSanitize and clean service areas, bar tops, and surrounding bar areas, as needed/liliManage to-go orders and retrieve them from the kitchen, as needed/liliPromptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to the proper authorities/liliAll other duties assigned by leadership/li/ulp/ppbEducation and Experience:/b/pulliNo education requirements for this position/lili1#43; years of previous bartender experience highly desired but not required/liliPrevious experience with alcoholic beverage serving and associated regulations would be helpful/liliMust be Bartender/Server Certified (TIPS) or become so within 30 days of hire./li/ulp/ppbspanPosition Availability:/span/bbr /spanThis is a Fall Fest seasonal position.
