Server - Full-time

pDescription/ppOur servers are responsible for the front line of a guest’s experience. Our service teams have a passion for all aspects of the guest interaction and a genuine desire to see every guest leave a V Pizza fan. We are looking for people that are outgoing, positive, and detail oriented.nbsp;nbsp;/ppResponsibilities and Duties/ppThe main functions include, but are not limited to the following:/pulliGreeting patrons and creating a welcoming environment/liliMastery of our food and bar menus to provide information to customers upon request, including knowledge and recognition of common dietary restrictionsnbsp;/liliTaking orders from guests and accurately translating them on our Toast POS/liliMaking correct change according to POS and taking credit/debit payments with correct input/liliStocking server stations with silverware, dishes, napkins, takeaway boxes, straws, etc./liliCleaning and refilling table caddies with parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakesnbsp;/liliAssisting food runners and expo team members to run food at high volume hours/liliCommunicating with kitchen staff and other FOH team members to ensure orders are true and to standardnbsp;/liliCommunicating with management to report any incorrect / incomplete orders, spills or messes in dining area, unsatisfied customers, and any issues that may arise/liliCleaning dirty dishes from tables, including wiping down tables, chairs, and highchairs/liliSweeping and mopping floorsnbsp;/liliTaking out trash to go to dumpsternbsp;/liliSetting up and breaking down your station to set up next shift for successnbsp;/li/ulpRequirements/ppQualifications and Skillsnbsp;/pulliYou must be comfortable talking and interacting with guests, we treat every guest like family!/liliWhile restaurant experience is not required, a basic knowledge of cash handling and customer service is preferrednbsp;/liliMust be 18 years of age or older/liliAbility to handle high-stress and fast paced environmentsnbsp;/li/ul
