You will be part of a team that fosters a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being./ppbr//ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliAssist residents with the daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration, as outlined in their individual care plan./liliFollow documentation protocols and report any changes in resident status./liliAssist in managing medication inventory and proper storage conditions, and coordinate medication re-orders and deliveries with pharmacies as necessary.nbsp;/liliProvide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living to the residents in a team setting as needed./liliPrioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing continuous engagement and companionship./liliEncourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs./liliPromote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff./li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS/strong/ppstrongEducation and Certifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./liliCurrent First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain./li/ulpstrongExperience, Competencies, and Skills:/strong/pulliAt least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting./liliExperience with memory care is preferred./liliExcellent attention to detail and high integrity./liliStrong communication skills and a teamwork mindset./liliPositive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect./liliWillingness to participate in weekend rotation./li/ulpbr//p
