In order to ensure the highest level of services are provided, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed./p pnbsp;/p pstrongJob Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): /strong/p ol liExceed clientrsquo;s expectations by providing professional, courteous and efficient service at all times./li liMaintain a positive, solution-oriented approach to service while communicating with team members./li liProject a ldquo;good company imagerdquo; at all times. ul liEnsure a professional appearance, good hygiene and a clean uniform/li liUse proper verbiage/li /ul /li liDemonstrate the ability to communicate effectively by: ul liWearing operational cell phone each working day. Report missing or malfunctioning cell phone to Supervisor ASAP./li liResponding to voice mails ASAP/li liReport accidents, illnesses, or any other incidents to Crew Lead and/or GM/li liReport necessary equipment, materials, or repairs to Crew Lead/li /ul /li liUnderstand and uphold Exterior Department Quality Standards./li liIs flexible and understands the importance of cooperation and teamwork./li liFollow direction and guidance provided by Crew Leads and Management Team. ul liKeep informed of changes to daily routine.nbsp; Take breaks at direction of Crew lead/li liInstall plants per the direction of Crew Lead and look for details from Landscape Designer when needed./li liUse proper planting techniques/li liEnsure tools are brought to jobsite, tracked and cared for/li /ul /li liMust drive a company vehicle when needed./li liWork vehicle maintenance: ul liMaintain clean vehicle at all times, ensuring interior and exterior cleanliness./li liRemove personal items from vehicles daily (lunchboxes, cell phones, garbage, etc.)./li liAdhere to Company maintenance inspection policy./li liReport any and all accidents (regardless of nature and severity) immediately./li /ul /li liIs aware of and concerned with the daily goals and expectations of the Crew Lead. When covering for a Crew Lead, must report concerns regarding accounts to Supervisor or Manager on a same-day basis.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;/li /ol ul liEnsure working hours, including overtime, have been recorded accurately and truthfully for each time period worked.
