Pay is based on expereince./i/pp/pp/pp/ppbJob Summary/b/pp/ppProvides administrative and analytical support for assigned Human Resources team(s). Coordinates various processes and procedures within the Human Resources organization. Produces HR metrics for internal dashboards, completes scheduling, tracks trainings, and ensures personnel files are compliant with Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements./pp/ppbCore Responsibilities/b/pullipCompiles, updates, and maintains Human Resource reports and provides information as needed to support business needs, drive continuous improvement, and teammate engagement./p/lilipCoordinates all payroll preparation efforts to assure payroll, checks and benefit payments are accurate and on time. Completes payroll administration for the region and performs regular audits to ensure compliance with Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA). /p/lilipConducts teammate onboarding and helps organize training amp; development initiatives. Conducts compliance audits of all HR programs, postings and records, prepares compliance reports, recommends corrective actions, tracks and reports progress toward compliance./p/lilipMaintains personnel files for respective areas and maintains compliance standards in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies./p/lilipIdentifies training and development needs for site teammates, monitoring progress and effectiveness. Performs a gap analysis and creates training and/or development plans making adjustments as required to maximize results. Maintains training calendar, assists in planning and coordinating training events, and collaborates with learning and development to ensure training records are maintained in the learning management system. Partners with HR colleagues and business leadership team in the execution of HR initiatives to meet business goals./p/lilipRefers teammates to the appropriate resources/services, where applicable. Acts as impartial advocate to ensure teammates receive fair and equitable treatment.
