The PRTF Milieu Specialistnbsp;ensures that clients receive professional services effectively and through a traumainformed lens. This position is responsible for program development and implementation, coordination, and management of service delivery (education, cafe, recreation, therapeutic passes, outings, etc.), and assurance of program quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory bodies. The PRTF Milieu Specialist is responsible for completion of proactive shift exchange occurring specifically during the first to second shift.
