divAs a Home Delivery Driver for Mom’s Meals, you will be an integral part of ensuring our customers have their meals for the upcoming week. You will load and unload prepacked boxes of meals from designated cold storage to our customer’s homes. Providing prompt delivery, with excellent customer service reflects our Core Values at Mom’s Meals./divdivbr/divdivSchedule: 4 day work week, Tuesday-Friday/divdivPay: $19.50 per hour/divdivMonthly Bonus Opportunity!/divbr/br/bPosition responsibilities may include, but not limited to /bbr/liSafely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws at all times/liliLoad meals into company vehicle at designated cold storage facility/liliDeliver meals to our clients, often taking meals into clients’ homes/liliMake phone calls to clients when delivery issues arise or if necessary for your region/liliAccurately and consistently record deliveries on MMHD delivery application/liliConsistently follows all food related sanitation/food safety procedures/liliProvide excellent customer service to clients at all times/liliInspect, clean, and maintain equipment in a safe operating manner/liliReport any equipment failures and vehicle damage immediately to supervisor so proper repairs can be scheduled in a timely manner/liliAssist with vehicle and driver audits/liliEnsure deliveries occur in compliance with established protocols/libr/br/bRequired skills and experience/bbr/liMust be at least 18 years of age/liliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliMust have a valid driver’s license/liliHave an excellent driving (DMV) record/liliGood communication skills; must be able to speak/read/write English/liliMust be able to sufficiently operate a smart phone/liliMust be familiar with and comfortable using and following GPS routing/liliBasic math skills/liliMust be able to drive in various types of weather and traffic conditions/liliAble to work in variable weather conditions/liliPrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values/liliPass a post offer drug screen and background check/liliPass a post offer MVR Lookup/libr/br/b Preferred skills and experience /bbr/liPrevious delivery experience /libr/br/bPhysical requirements/bbr/liPhysical stamina to stand and walk for long periods/liliAble to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs/liliVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus/liliAble to perform repetitive movements/liliAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)/libr/br/divb style="font-size: 18px;"Company Overview/b/divdivbr/divdivspan style="font-size: 10pt;"Mom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
