Our people and programs deliver personalized, professional, evidence-based behavioral and developmental services to each participant, and peace of mind to caregivers that their loved ones are in the right hands./ppstrongAbout the Opportunity/strong/ppWith the support of their regional team and Board of Clinical Quality, the Clinical Director designs and supervises the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities in response to physician recommendations in home, school and/or other natural settings./ppDuties amp; Responsibilities/pulliUnder the supervision of a member of the Board of Clinical Quality and assistance from a scheduler, conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload to:/liliProvide individualized parent education/liliSupervise the implementation of the program/liliMonitor the completion of all necessary documentationnbsp;/liliProvide in-field training to each direct report/liliEducate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client/liliEfficiently and effectively communicating CSD’s policies to families/liliCompletes necessary documentation including:/liliTreatment plans/liliData sheets/liliBehavioral support plans/liliProgress reports and discharge reports/liliOther site-related documents/liliMonitor daily direct service appointments for:/liliCompletion; i.e. rendering and accurate notes./liliBehavior Specialist cancelations/liliFamily cancellations/liliMaintain appropriate progress notes for supervision hours and input MLS/HLS supervision hours on CSD’s billing program./liliMaintain up-to-date records of CSD’s templates, forms and other documentsnbsp;/liliWrite, sign and submit progress reports to funding sources by the established deadlines. As a result, is responsible for maintaining a database of all report deadlines for assigned caseload. (Each insurance company will have its own deadlines.
