Part Time Driver - Part-time

pAt International Auto Processing LLC, the Part Time Driver will operate in accordance with vehicle handling procedures and safety rules, and drive vehicles to designated points as instructed./p pstrongEssential Duties:                                      /strong/p ul liDrive vehicles to designated points as instructed in accordance with vehicle handling procedures and safety rules./li liUse hand-held scanning devices./li liPark vehicles in approved manor insuring proper spacing between vehicles/li liReturn to the van without delay to be transported to the next location./li liObserve all safety precautions and speed limits./li liWhen driving vehicles to the load line, verify load line number and park vehicle in correct lane./li liPlace work orders and/or other inserts in the vehicles as instructed/li liIn accordance with policies and procedures, obey all safety procedures (i.e., accident reporting), hazardous communications standards and vehicle handling procedures./li liEnsure a spotter is present when backing up vehicles./li liMaintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety./li liPerform other duties as assigned./li listrongShift: B Shift - Monday - Thursday 5:30pm - 9:30pm/strong/li /ul p /p p /p pstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or GED OR 1+ year work experience with no more than 2 employers/li liValid US Driver’s License/li liObtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security/li liExperience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles/li /ul pstrong /strong/p pstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/p ul liDemonstrated commitment to safety/li liExcellent communication skills both written and verbal/li liProven problem-solving abilities/li liDeadline and detail oriented/li /ul p /p pstrongPhysical Working Conditions:/strong/p ul liWork in confined spaces/li liStep up approximately 18 inches into an open van/li liWork at heights up to 15 feet/li liExtended periods of standing, kneeling and bending./li liWork in varying climates as well as be exposed to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and other conditions/li /ul p /p pstrongNOTE/strong:  This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
