pstrongspan style="font-family: Arial"font size="3"Business Office Operations CoordinatorbrSinging River Health System Administrative Building - Gautier | Part-Time | First | br/2101 US-90br/Gautier, Mississippibr/United States br/font/span/strongspan style="font-family: Arial"font size="3"brpspan style="font-family: Arial"font size="2"strongPosition Overview/strongbrThe Operations Coordinator assists the Director and Managers in the coordination of designated assigned Business Office functions for SRHS in accordance with prescribed Hospital guidelines.  The Operations Coordinator will coordinate and execute all business invoices and supply requisitions, account adjustments, charity write-offs, trauma write-offs and reporting of such.   The Operations Coordinator will coordinate all risk management accounts with the appropriate Risk Manager and/or administrative staff or legal staff.  The Operations Coordinator will assist the Business Office Director with coordination of scheduling and facilitating business meetings/functions as necessary.br/font/span/ppspan style="font-family: Arial"font size="2"The Business Office Operations Coordinator understands that the SRHS Corporate Compliance Program places the burden of proof on the provider to show that there was no intent to commit fraud, and is responsible to maintain and coordinate the Hospital’s policy regarding billing/reimbursement and compliance at all times, as well as assures that employees receive adequate notifications/instructions concerning specific cash flow/account adjustment audit findings.  Efficiently and effectively oversees the cash flow balancing for the business office.  Communicates findings with supervisor and co-workers.  Offers solutions for cash flow reporting and balancing.br/font/span/ppspan style="font-family: Arial"font size="2"The Operations Coordinator is expected to produce large quantities of work while coordinating several projects simultaneously; able to evaluate and act accordingly regarding any assigned projects; able to understand computer output, analyze/perform/correct and utilize efficiently and effectively.br/font/span/ppspan style="font-family: Arial"font size="2"strongDISCLAIMER: /strongThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
