pstrongAbout the Role/strong/ppBring the magic of the season to life! nbsp;As a photographer at Santa’s Hideaway Adventure, you'll create a warm, festive atmosphere while capturing memories for guests to cherish for years to come!/pp/ppstrong***Please Note- This is a Seasonal role with a tentative start date of October 15th***/strong/pp/ppstrongPosition Responsibilities/strong/pul liPhotograph guests in posed and candid positions with Santa./li liGreet and welcome guests in a friendly and welcoming manner./li liEnsure guests photos meet guest’s expectations./li liMaintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times/li liMaintain a clean and organized work station at all times./li liAssist with station assignments, rotation planning, and opening/closing/securing the room at shift change or according to established hours of operation, etc./li liKnowledge of safety/guest liability procedures for guests and employees/li liUse of radios with headsets and earpieces for communication may be utilized in designated outlets./li /ulpnbsp;/ppstrongEssential Functions/strong/pul liExposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment./li liMust be able to work irregular shift assignments, including days, nights, weekends and holidays./li liAbility to multi-task including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting guests, rearranging reservations, etc./li liMust be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;throughout the casino/hotel areas./li liAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities/li liMust be able to read, write and understand English./li /ulp/ppstrongRequirements/strong/pul liExperience as a photographer preferred - at least 6 months./li liPassion for photography with an eye for capturing both posed and candid moments./li liA passion for the holiday season and creating memorable experiences/li liAvailability for evenings, weekends and peak holiday hours/li liDependable, enthusiastic, outgoing, and professional attitude/li liComfortable greeting and working with families and childrennbsp;nbsp;/li liAbility to work in a high pressure environment/li liMust have reliable transportationnbsp;/li /ulpstrongBenefits/strong/pul liFree meal on shift/li liTraining amp; Development/li liFree onsite garage parking/li liOne free photo package per staff member during the season/li liPay Rate: $22.00/per hour/li /ulp/ppstrong***Please Note- This is a Seasonal role with a tentative start date of October 15th***/strong/p
