font-size: 12pt;"Meet performance targets for blow molding/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Ensure proper setup of blow mold machines/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Monitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize bottle quality and correct defects, including the completion of hourly quality checks/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Manage bottle silo level, merge/dump gate setup, and blower speeds/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Routinely communicate with up/down stream operators to maximize line performance/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Execute preform and bottle changeovers/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Maintain machine adjustment logs/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Comply with sanitation standards, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean and organized work area/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Follow contamination prevention and machine cleaning procedures/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Become proficient in facility specific blow molder equipment operations and troubleshooting/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Use troubleshooting to correct downtime issues/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Communicate with maintenance on machine performance issues, submit work requests for corrective maintenance/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Prior experience operating PET blowmold equipment, troubleshooting blowmold components (i.e. t-arm, spindle, blowing valves) and processing experience is needed/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Solid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise management software (SAP)/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively/spanbr /span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
