Your daily responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while promoting their dignity and independence. You will monitor vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care. Your expected schedule will be from 2 PM to 10 PM, including weekdays and weekends, providing you with valuable experience in a fast-paced setting.
