We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  /li /ul ul liEarly access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   /li /ul pWith a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   /p pAnd, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. /p pFind a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health./p h2Responsibilities/h2 ul liDeliver professional cleaning services throughout the hospital and clinic area, with emphasis on disinfecting surfaces in: patient rooms, restrooms, corridors/stairwells, cafeteria/kitchen, lounge areas/waiting areas, classrooms, offices, exam rooms, etc. in accordance with standard operating procedures of the department./li liMaintain outside entry glass as the weather permits to uphold the image of the facility./li liPromptly provide cleaning services to any area of the hospital if requested by the Environmental Services Manager/Supervisor/Lead or other hospital personnel./li liPerform laundry tasks as needed/requested such as: fill laundry carts with clean linen; distribute linen throughout the hospital; empty dirty linen from linen chutes; aid in providing accurate par levels in each department./li liAssist in cleaning at offsite clinic locations when requested to do so by the Environmental Services Manager/Supervisor./li liPerform other duties as assigned: cleaning carpets, burnishing floors, stripping/finishing hard surface floors, etc./li liDemonstrates the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines./li liDemonstrates ability to meet business needs of department with regular, reliable attendance./li liCompletes all annual education and competency requirements within the calendar year./li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 pstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/p ul liGeneral housekeeping knowledge/li liMust be able to communicate effectively and display a positive attitude towards coworkers, staff, visitors, and patients./li /ul pstrongPreferred:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma/GED/li liAbility to read, write, and understand English./li /ul
