In this dual role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities while providing support to physical therapists and patients during therapy sessions./pulliSchedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient daily operations/liliAssist physical therapists with patient treatment sessions and exercises/liliMaintain accurate patient records and documentation in electronic health record systems/liliPrepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions/liliHelp patients with mobility, transfers, and exercise routines under therapist supervision/liliPerform clerical duties including answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence/liliMonitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment/liliEnsure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures/liliAssist with patient education and home exercise program instructions/liliCoordinate communication between patients, therapists, and other healthcare providers/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/lili1+ years of experience in healthcare or related field preferred/liliExperience with patient scheduling and physical therapy support/liliProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems/liliStrong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations/liliExcellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills/liliPhysical ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers/liliDetail-oriented with strong documentation skills/liliUnderstanding of physical therapy procedures and protocols/liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment/liliAssisting physical therapist with laundry and other clinical duties#xa0;/li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpThe anticipated base pay range for this position is strong$18.00-$20.00./strong#xa0;Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
