If you excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences, this is the perfect job for you!/strong/phrh4What You#39;ll Do:/h4ullistrongHandle Inquiries:/strong Manage all incoming telephone inquiries and reservations./lilistrongPromote Services:/strong Promote hotel services to ensure maximum room revenues./lilistrongAct as PBX Operator:/strong Serve as the main PBX operator for the Hotel/Casino./lilistrongTransfer Calls:/strong Transfer calls to the appropriate departments./lilistrongProvide Customer Service:/strong Inform guests of all amenities and outlets available./lilistrongFollow Check List:/strong Follow the tasks listed in the Reservation Check List with instruction and training for each shift./lilistrongAssist with Admin Duties:/strong Assist in administrative duties related to booking, tracking, charging, handling, and entering room reservations./lilistrongEnter Data:/strong Enter appropriate data into the PMS and use all significant market segments./lilistrongKnow the Property:/strong Be thoroughly familiar with hotel amenities, room rate promotions, restaurants, surrounding venues, and hotel policy to assist guests with requests for information./lilistrongFollow Protocols:/strong Follow reservation protocols and practices./lilistrongMulti-task:/strong Multi-task with all duties and assignments./lilistrongDaily Check List:/strong Be responsible for the Reservations Daily Check List with accountability./lilistrongCommunicate Adequately:/strong Practice adequate communication with transactions./lilistrongComplete Reports:/strong Complete all shift reports at the end of the shift and provide accurate pass-on./lilistrongMaintain Confidentiality:/strong Maintain strict confidentiality of all information processed through the department, including records, reports, documents, and conversations./li/ulhrh4What We#39;re Looking For:/h4ullistrongHigh School Diploma or GED:/strong Required./lilistrongExperience:/strong One year of Hotel Front Desk/Reservations experience preferred./lilistrongPreferred Skills:/strong Hospitality Certification, Excellent Phone Etiquette experience, Online Travel Agent experience, and Bilingual Shoshone Bannock/Spanish preferred but not required./li/ulhrh4Education and Experience Levels:/h4ullistrongEntry Level (G1):/strong High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred. One year of Hotel Front Desk/Reservations experience preferred./lilistrongExperienced Level (G2):/strong High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred. Two years of Hotel Front Desk/Reservations experience preferred.
