Maintenance Mechanic - PT

pDescription/ppThe Westfield Area YMCA is looking for two part-time Maintenance Mechanics to join their team. To learn more, visit our website: www.westfieldynj.org/ppbr//ppRequirements/pulliMust be 18 years of age/liliMust possess and maintain a current driver’s license and have the ability to drive; must have clean driving record for a minimum of 1 year to meet YMCA standards/liliMust possess a broad and in-depth hands-on technical knowledge of all facility maintenance operation, equipment and housekeeping/liliMinimum of 2+ years of recent hands-on work experience with strong technical, working knowledge of general mechanical and strong troubleshooting skills OR have completed a two year HVAC/R program through an accredited Vocational School Program and possess, maintain and renew an EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification/liliMust have the ability to perform all phases of maintenance and housekeeping procedures and repairs necessary to maintain the facilities/liliMust have the ability to demonstrate a mature professional attitude in the workplace/liliMust understand both written/verbal communications, and be able to communicate and interact with staff, members, vendors, contractors, etc./li/ul
