It’s time to look at Taylor. /pp/ppbYour Opportunity:/b Taylor Corporation is looking for an bEquipment Operator/b in our uWhite Bear Lake, MN/u facility!/pp/ppbYour Shift:/b/pulli1st Shift; Monday - Friday with Saturday as needed, 7:00am - 4:30pm/liliStarting time as early as 5:00am depending on workload/li/ulp/ppbYour Responsibilities:/b/pulliReview cutting work orders for special instructions/liliEnsure production deadlines are met/liliCut and box finished work orders/liliEnsure quality standards of cut products/liliClean, service, adjust, and make routine equipment repairs/liliMaintain records of production output/liliEnsure required resources are available in order to complete job (cut files)/liliEvaluate output and make adjustments to obtain a desired level of cut quality/liliRespond appropriately to fault, error, and alert messages/liliContact and interface with customer support as necessary/liliMonitor and report environmental changed that may impact equipment performance (humidity amp; temperature)/liliEnsure proper paper handling, conditioning, and loading./liliMake productivity recommendations to workflow/li/ulpbr /bYou Must Have:/b/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent/liliBasic mechanical abilities and motor skills/liliRequires bending, lifting and twisting/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs./liliKnowledge of various types of cutting systems as well as their differences/liliExperience operating high volume, networked systems/liliDesktop application and related cutting software experience/liliKnowledge of various finishing operations and equipment/li/ulp/ppbRequirements Within this Position:/b/pulliAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand/liliRegularly required to remain in a stationary position/liliConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials/liliFrequently required to move inside the facility/liliRegularly move up to 25#43; pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry)/li/ulpbr /bWe Would Also Prefer:/b/pulliPrevious cutting or Zund experience/li/ulpbr /The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 – 21.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
