Work involves supporting agency operations with a primary focus on gaining practical work experience and business skills for personal development or to satisfy educational requirements. We are wanting this position to start in October, 2025, with the possibility of continuing into the spring semester./em/strongbrstrongembrSalary will be dependent upon education level:brUndergraduate (Junior or Senior) - $19.50/hourbrGraduate Student - $21.00/hour/em/strongbrbrbrstrongWHAT YOU WILL DO:brTalent Acquisition and Human Resourcesbr/strong• Assists with the coordination of TRS summer intern activities.br• Updates TRS recruitment sites including creating templates for future use and maintenance.br• Assists with new hire processing, orientation, and onboarding.br• Assists with creating external job postings, reviewing applications, and processing candidate assessments and evaluations.br• Edits current system site(s) to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligns with TRS careers brand.br• Compiles and analyzes Talent Acquisition data and reports.
