Restoration Technician - Full-time

Pay attention to details./li liFollow procedures for cleaning structure and contents, and handling customer’s possessions. Maintain accurate contents inventory forms./li liKeep the job site clean and professional and maintain the appearance of job site.  Leave the job site clean at the end of the day.  Organize and remove all cleaning tools and supplies from the property./li liWater damage services/li liWater extraction and removal of water damaged materials/li liTake a lot of pictures and download them to office computer within 12 hours. Take general room pictures and detailed pictures of any damage, readings, etc./li liFollow written procedures for emergency services. Pay attention to details./li liMove affected contents/li liSet up and monitor drying equipment/li liApplication of antimicrobial products/li liKeep the job sites clean and professional. Pay attention to details./li liTake PPE and tools to every job even if they are not needed for that specific job./li liCommunicate with Emergency Services Field Supervisor./li liHelp to facilitate an appointment for the Project Manager of Construction to write an estimate for repairs./li liMold remediation/li liProper use of PPE-wear at all times./li liSet up and maintain containment/li liProper set up of negative air equipment/li liFollow protocol for remediation/li liFinal clean documentation prior to clearance sampling/li liBiohazard/li liProper use of PPE/li liFollow procedures for biohazard cleaning of structure and contents, and handling customer’s possessions./li liDo a thorough and complete job with cleaning/li liKeep the job site clean and professional.  Leave the job site clean at the end of the day.  Organize and remove all cleaning tools and supplies from the property./li /ul ul/ul ul listrongGeneral Duties/strong/li liBeing available for routine on call emergency services and after-hours work./li liResponsible for the finished product.  Quality and efficiency./li liResponsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site./li liUpdating production management on any changes in details of project./li /ul p /p ul listrongCustomer Service duties, including but not limited to:/strong/li liCustomer cheerleader development./li liFollowing written production procedures./li liDaily completion of tracking paperwork, timecards, checkout forms and other necessary paperwork./li liReport customer feedback, concerns, and job status to the project manager./li liMaintenance and cleaning of equipment/li liVehicle maintenance and cleaning/li liFacility janitorial work as requested./li liResponsible for providing feedback as to how the company can:/li liProvide better service/li liImprove efficiency/li liImprove the quality of the finished product./li liResponsible for reporting inventory needs and damaged equipment./li liAssistance with Packout and cleaning service/li liCarpet cleaning duties/li liOther duties as assigned./li /ul ul/ul ul/ul ul/ul ul/ul ul/ul ul/ul ul/ul p /p pstrongPhysical requirements/strong/p ul liMust lift heavy items up to 50lbs on a routine basis/li liEmployees will be working with cleaning, deodorization and antimicrobial products on a daily basis. Gloves, respirators and splash goggles are available for use./li liEmployees may be required routinely climb ladders and work in high places./li liEmployees may be required to maneuver in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics./li liThe workspace may be contaminated with heavy smoke residue, mold and mildew, contaminated water or other unsanitary conditions. Protective gear is available for use and is required on some heavily contaminated work sites./li /ul p /p pstrongPosition requirements/strong/p ul liContent cleaning production – on average each person is expected to process two to three boxes per hour.
