Your efforts will help ensure the company#39;s success and growth by consistently sourcing and hiring qualified drivers who adhere to safety and compliance standards./pp/pp*Hourly pay #43; Bonus structure*/pp/ppbJOB DESCRIPTION: /b/ppuKey Responsibilities /u/ppbiCandidate Sourcing and Outreach/i/b:/pulliUtilize 10thStreet ATS online database, and referrals, to review sourced potential CDL drivers/liliInitiate contact with candidates through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to assess their interest and qualifications/liliProvide information, build rapport and influence potential drivers to drive for Stevens Transport Inc/li/ulpbiCandidate Screening and Evaluation:/i/b/pulliReview DOT, State, Local and Company requirements to assess candidates#39; qualifications, experience, and compliance with CDL requirements./liliInterview pre-qualified candidates according to minimum hiring requirements of Stevens Transport and DOT/liliConduct in depth phone interviews to evaluate candidates#39; driving skills, work history, and alignment with company standards/li/ulpbiCompliance and Documentation:/i/b/pulliEnsure candidates meet the company#39;s hiring criteria and regulatory requirements by verifying driving records, criminal records and employment history/liliMaintain accurate records of candidate documentation and information./li/ulpbiInterviewing and Assessment:/i/b/pulliCoordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their practical decision making skills, professionalism, and commitment to safety./liliAdminister relevant tests or assessments to evaluate candidates#39;
