pThe Part-Time Yard Staff safely receives, processes, lines up, sale day support and check-out consigned equipment for the auction. Strict adherence to the Ritchie Bros. standard of customer service is always expected of the Yard Staff.nbsp;/ph3Responsibilities/h3divulliReceives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction./liliUses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction./liliDrives/operates heavy and light equipment./liliPerforms facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary./liliPerforms basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment./liliManages keys for equipment./liliOperates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment./liliBoosts equipment./liliBasic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades, etc./liliChecks fluid and fuel levels on equipment./liliLot number equipment./liliSets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day./liliDrives sound truck./liliHolds ‘This item for sale sign’ (stick person)./liliPlaces operators in rolling stock./liliParks sold equipment on the ramp./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ul/divh3Qualifications/h3divpGood customer service to both internal and external customers./p/divh3About Company/h3divWe conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world.
