Consults with director, supervisors, and pathologists when appropriate./pullipspanPerforms other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed.span /spanspan /spanIndependently performs analysis, to include waived, and moderate, complexity testing, on clinical laboratory specimens to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information to healthcare providers./spanspan /spanspan /span/p/lilipspanMonitors the collection, transportation, storage, identification, and processing of specimens to ensure specimen integrity prior to testing. /span/p/lilipspanTakes appropriate action if acceptable criteria are not met.
