regulation, and gross and fine motor abilities./span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Assist students in achieving academic and social-emotional goals as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and as directed by school staff./span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Implement IEP accommodations, modifications, and behavior support plans, including executive function coaching./span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Provide individualized or small group instruction under the direction of appropriate staff./span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Provide clarification of directions, redirect attention, and provide ongoing support as specified within student style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Model and deliver coping and/or communication strategies to dysregulated students./span/li /ul pstrongEducation/Experience/Training/strong/p ul li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred./span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred/span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Familiarity with Special Education/IEPs preferred/span/li li style="font-weight:
