Continuous Improvement:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Conduct comprehensive case file and documentation reviews to assess compliance with performance standards, policies, and procedures./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Lead and support continuous quality improvement activities, including case file reviews, performance scorecard monitoring, incident tracking, exit interviews, complaints and grievances, satisfaction surveys, and departmental performance oversight./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Analyze, interpret, and summarize data to identify trends, assess performance, and develop actionable strategies for improvement./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Develop, revise, and support implementation of policies and procedures related to quality improvement and service delivery./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Assist with tools and systems used to monitor performance and support data-informed decision-making./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Participate in Council on Accreditation (COA) activities, including self-assessments, documentation, and site preparation./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Prepare reports, data summaries, and presentations for the PSF Board of Directors’ Quality Assurance Committee./span/li /ul pspan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"strongClinical Oversight:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Provide training, consultation, and coaching to Dependency Case Managers and other staff on issues related to psychotropic medication, behavioral health service coordination, and documentation./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Conduct monthly audits of children prescribed psychotropic medications to ensure compliance with legal and clinical requirements./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Support training and technical assistance for staff and caregivers on medication compliance, clinical documentation, and behavioral health practices./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Remain current on behavioral health best practices and regulatory guidance related to psychiatric services and child welfare./span/li /ul pspan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"strongCollaboration amp; Stakeholder Engagement:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Represent PSF at internal and external meetings, workgroups, and community forums related to quality assurance./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Coordinate with Information Technology and data teams to ensure alignment of QA processes and reporting systems./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to advance quality and clinical outcomes for children in care./span/li /ulh4Qualifications/h4brpspan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"strongRequired:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health Care Administration, Counseling, or a related human services field./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"At least 3 years of experience in child welfare, quality assurance, or behavioral health, within the Florida Child Welfare System./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record./span/li /ul pspan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"strongPreferred:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Experience with psychotropic medication oversight and behavioral health coordination./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Familiarity with FSFN (Florida Safe Families Network) and other child welfare systems./span/li /ul p /p pspan style="font-size:12px;"span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"strongKnowledge, Skills amp;
