Step in as the acting Manager on Duty during the General Manager's absence, offering critical management support. This entails providing in-the-moment team guidance, remote assistance, and occasional on-site support at nearby locations, under the direction of the District Manager./li liSupport the location through achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including but not limited to: retail sales, services, memberships.nbsp;/li liPartners with the General Manager to ensure the Hair Color Bar consistently meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory.nbsp;/li liDevelop mastery of all Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures Coach team members to ensure the highest level of team culture, guest satisfaction, and Hair Color Bar performance through aligning individuals’ unique talents and abilities with the most relevant responsibilities.nbsp;/li liManage employee schedules based on forecasts and business needs and in compliance with local labor laws, budgets and breaks and mealsnbsp;/li liSupports recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, performance management, coaching, talent development and training of all team members.nbsp;/li /ul pstrongQualifications:nbsp;/strong/p ul liLicensed Cosmetologist in the state in which you are applyingnbsp;/li liMaster Colorist with advanced color theory knowledge and application skills 2+ years of salon and retail experiencenbsp;/li li1+ years supervising other team members and supporting inventory, training, labor management and achieving key operational and performance metricsnbsp;/li liFlexibility to relocate to other locations as business needs evolve.nbsp;/li liProficient in proactive problem solving amp; troubleshootingnbsp;/li liAble to prioritize with a high attention to detail, identifying critical and less critical activities and tasksnbsp;/li liExperienced using current technology in a salon or retail environmentnbsp;/li liFluent in Englishnbsp;/li /ul pPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, team members will regularly stand/walk for four plus consecutive hours; repetitive and regular bending and twisting at the waist; manipulating fingers and hands, bend and reach wrists and arms, reach with hands and arms or move up to ten pounds.
